This filling head boasts a purposeful design, primed to receive the contents released from the storage hopper, a process facilitated through a dual flap gate. With strategic precision, the material is introduced in dual stages: first, a Coarse Feed that accounts for 90-95% of the desired weight, followed by a deliberate shift to the Fine Feed mode, for the remaining 5-10%. This meticulous feeding approach ensures an optimal control, enhancing the system's overall accuracy.
