About Bag Stitching Belt Conveyor

We provide an industrial bag stitching machine of the highest calibre that has been painstakingly built around the sewing heads. A conveyor mechanism moving at a speed of 20 metres per minute is part of this system. A reliable electromagnetic clutch brake combination effectively controls the sewing head, ensuring quick response times while in use. The system's run-stop function is prompt and effective, regardless of whether the electric foot pedal is pressed or released to initiate it. The pillar is protected from dust incursion by the enclosed screw lead inside of it. A rotating wheel makes it simple to change the sewing head's height from 250 mm to 1000 mm above the conveyor belt.

An optional drive motor in the pillar enables seamless height control of the sewing head using an up/down electric switch, adding to the convenience. A low-speed electric motor (940 rpm, 3 phase), which produces significant torque to easily move numerous full bags on the conveyor at once, powers the conveyor belt's functioning. The BELT conveyor system can also be modified to meet the needs of the customer and is adaptable to other conveyor sewing heads.
